An endemic shift or "movement by humans from one area to another, sometimes over vast distances and in big groups" has been broadly characterised as migration". The Mobility pattern of migrant workers indicates 60.7 percent of the variations. The study shown that majority of respondents (65%) has medium level of aspiration to migrate. Betterment of socio-economic conditions aspire a large number of respondents (61.67%) to migrate. Similar number of respondents (61.67%) strongly agreed on that availability of work in locality reduce migration. Exogenous variables namely; family size, category (caste), farming experience, annual family income, scientific orientation and innovation propensity impacted greatly the endogenous variable (level of aspiration of migrant workers).
