Dr. Andreas Gadatsch holds the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Business Informatics and is head of the Master's programme in Innovation and Information Management as well as the Data Innovation Lab in the Department of Business Administration at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences in Sankt Augustin. He has extensive experience as a consultant, project manager, IT manager and lecturer.The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence. Process management has evolved greatly due to the trend of digitalisation and as a result of the pandemic.
