Anatomy, operative photographs, diagnostic imaging, endoscopy, histopathology, and historical perspective are emphasized. Contemporary artwork, created by the Cleveland Clinic Medical Illustration Team, provides cohesion to the whole. All cases were contributed by practitioners associated with the Cleveland Clinic.
